What’s up my Newsletter family… Happy Thursday!!!

I hope you guys have been crushing it last week.

In case you didn’t know…

About a week ago I officially committed to getting into the best shape of my life in 90 days.

And if you’ve been following me on Instagram…

Then you’ve been able to see how Cam Russelle has literally held my hand throughout this entire journey. (just getting started though 🤝)

(My breakfast “Primal Bowl” that I eat every morning)

After 7 years of not prioritizing my health…

And always saying to myself,

“I don’t have the time” 

“I don’t have the energy” 

“I need to work more” 

I’ve realized that all the excuses I made before were a bunch of BS.

It ONLY takes 20 minutes to start your day off with a morning routine that can fill your physical, mental, and spiritual buckets.🪣

What does that look like? 

That’s it. 

By just starting your mornings off with a routine as simple as this…

You’ve already made a small investment in your health…

Which is the most important asset in your life. 

Why?

Because it’s foundational to all things. Period. 

I know getting caught up in the grind and hustle of building a business is easy. 

Trust me, I’ve been there…

I was a vegan for 7 years while building Hush…

I could never get over 160lbs…

I started losing my hair faster and faster…

And would always feel tired after eating. 

But over the last 6 months…

I’ve started eating nothing but whole foods and weigh 183lbs.

My diet?

Primal Bowl:

- Grass feed ground beef

- Avocado

- Whatever healthy toppings I can throw on

Smoothie:

- Blueberries

- Banana

- Grass-fed vanilla protein 

- Cacao

Dinner: 

Steak and veggies 

And 

Salmon and veggies

So, what has neglecting my physical and mental well-being taught me?

You’re setting yourself up for limitations down the road.

If you had a money-making machine that could pump out millions of dollars for you year after year, would you let it rust and break apart?

Hell no!

You’d make sure that thing was well-oiled, maintained, and running at peak performance.

And guess what?

Your mind and body ARE that money-making machines… crazy. Right?

They’re the foundation upon which everything else in your life is built. 

Want to crush it as an entrepreneur and build an 8-figure empire?

You need the energy, focus, and resilience that comes from prioritizing your health.

Want to be an amazing parent, partner, and role model?

Well, then you’re going to have to be able to show up as the best version of yourself…

And that starts with taking care of your own well-being.
