Happy New Year!

My 3 keys to making real change happen...

“I hope that this is the year that you can say you changed your life” - Brianna Wiest

You found the boldest, bravest kind of courage.

The year you stopped dancing around the perimeter of who you always wanted to be.

The year you took the risk.

The year you trusted and believed in yourself no matter the struggles you faced.

I truly hope 2024 was the best year of your life.

My 2024 recap?

It broke me down and built me back up in ways I never expected:

- I had my house broken into while I was sleeping

- Got my dream car stolen

- Hit my lowest point

At one point I was filled with more anger than I’d ever experienced in a long time.

But I didn't let these struggles change the story I had for myself.

Because one massive lesson I've learned over the past 7 years is whatever you choose to believe, will shape your reality.

So I reset, trusted myself, and made a HUGE change by deciding to live with my performance coach (shout out Cam Russelle) for a month to push myself…

And what could have turned into a disaster year...

Became one of the most transformational years of my life.

  • Put on 25lbs of muscle

  • Started doing breath work daily

  • Ran my first marathon

  • Crushed my Misogi of 10,000 pull-ups in October

  • Spent more time with family

  • Fully exited Hush

  • Hosted our first Founders Club retreat in Tulum

  • And bought my dream home in Miami

The REAL reason I want to share these achievements with you?

To show you it’s possible…

Even if you’re not where you want to be mentally, physically, or spiritually you can still change.

The first step is seeing it in your mind.

My 3 Keys To Making Real Change Happen:

1. Create the vision you want for yourself.

Write down the end of the story you want for yourself in detail.

I'm talking about seeing yourself exactly where you want to be 1 year, 5 years and 10 years from now.

Truly imagine the feeling you will have when you get to that point…

And then create it your reality by working backwards through an actionable plan.

This is exactly how I've been able to take control of my life and create the reality I want with my own hands.

2. Embrace the tension

That uncomfortable feeling when you're pushing for change?

That's your signal you're on the right path.

It’s tough but you need to remind yourself that is what growth feels like.

3. Take Unreasonable Action

  • Want to transform your body? Train like your going into battle

  • Want to build a business? Make those scary calls

  • Want to move cities? Start looking at apartments today

Small steps keep you small. Choose actions that scare you.

This is where you will learn the most.

The hard thing about doing this is that most people resist change because it demands letting go of the familiar - and we cling to what's familiar as if our lives depend on it, even when it's hurting us.

We grip tight to old versions of ourselves...

Comfortable routines that keep us small...

Safe choices that slowly kill our dreams...

But the truth?

If you're not actively designing your future, your mind just hits replay on the same script it's been running from your past.

Only when we loosen our grip and allow space for the unknown can we begin moving toward the life we truly want.

YES. Change is messy. It's uncomfortable. It's often terrifying.

But it's also the birthplace of progress.

Every dream, every success, every breakthrough you've imagined lies on the other side of that discomfort.

Here's my challenge for you

Think of where you want to be at the end of 2025…

And fully commit to embracing the change it will take to get there.

Not halfheartedly. Not just "trying it out." Go all in.

Start the business. Move to the new city. Post the content. Sign up for the marathon.

Whatever it is – choose to act.

Ask yourself now:

“what’s the one action I’ve been putting off that has the potential to change everything?”

Let that sit for a moment...

Then watch what happens when you commit fully to becoming the person you see in your mind.

And when someone says, "You've changed"...

Smile and reply, "Yes… I have."

Here's to designing an incredible 2025.
