It's Time For Q4 💪

300 pull-ups a day and the path to scaling your business...

Hey there!

Aaron here, coming at you with some sore arms and unlimited energy!

Why? Because I'm in New York City baby!

First off, this pull-up challenge is INTENSE. 10,000 pull-ups in a month? It's way harder than I expected, but I'm LOVING the grind. 300 a day, and I'm learning more about mental toughness than any business book could teach me.

And speaking of challenges, we're entering a crucial time of year - Q4. This is where most of us make or break our businesses. For many entrepreneurs, these next 90 days are our championship season, where we generate up to 75% of our yearly profit. It's go time, folks!

But here's the thing - crushing Q4 isn't just about working harder. It's about working smarter. And that's where SYSTEMS come in.

And I know what you're thinking. "Aaron, I'm drowning in day-to-day operations. How am I supposed to build systems?"

But the truth is Systems are what took Hush from a $10 million ceiling to a $48 million exit.

I remember grinding away, thinking if I just worked longer hours, we'd break through. But more hours didn’t equal more success. It wasn’t until I took a step back and started implementing systems that we broke the ceiling for Hush.
