Yeah, I just had one of those…

I finally crossed into my 30s this week, and it hit me in a way I didn’t expect.

Especially not how the 20-year-old version of myself thought it would have…

Not because of the number (though that's wild), but because of what happened at my birthday celebration.

80 incredible humans showed up. Some flew across continents. Others drove through snowstorms. All to share this moment.

And standing there, something hit me hard:

My 20s were all about the hustle.

The late nights. The "I'll sleep when I'm rich" mentality.

And don't get me wrong - that drive led to some crazy wins. Built and sold Hush for 8 figures, made Forbes 30 under 30, launched the Founders Club, and crushed some insane physical challenges.

But standing in that room, surrounded by people who've been there through it all, none of those achievements were what filled my heart.

It was the relationships. The late-night conversations. The friends who became family. The moments we created together - that made me the happiest.

My 30s are going to be different...

Not because I'm slowing down (trust me, I'm more fired up than ever!), but because I'm crystal clear on what really matters.

How we spend our time, and who we spend it with.

Because the truth is, time is our most precious asset. And I'm committed to spending it with intention.
