I'm back on stage, and it means more than you know.

Last year, I walked away from keynotes. I gave 23 talks across 16 cities, and from the outside, it looked like a success. But inside? I felt hollow.

Despite the glowing feedback, I couldn't shake the feeling that my voice was falling on deaf ears. The pain of doubting my own impact was unbearable. For the first time in my life, I let self-doubt silence me—a guy who's always fought through challenges.

This Friday, I'm hitting the stage at Ecom North Summit in my hometown, Toronto, in front of over 1000 founders. I'm revamping my entire approach and pouring my heart into it.
